sign upMonthly Video eMail Credits Plan: This type of plan gives a specific number of monthly video eMail credits that are cumulative and rollover on a monthly basis, however, eMail credits do expire after 12 months. To determine the number of credits you would require, simply multiply the amount of recipients you plan to send to over the course of a month by the amount of times you will email them.
For example: The $199.95 plan provides you 2,500 credits per month. You may email up to 2,500 contacts once a month, or email 1,250 contacts twice a month, or email 500 contacts five times a month, etc.
You may cancel your membership online at anytime, however, a $50 reactivation fee will be charged to reactivate service. You may also upgrade or downgrade your membership whenever you wish to by contacting the Billing department; however, you must give notice at least two business days before your next billing period is due.
In addition to the credits provided by your Monthly Video eMail Credits Plan, you may also purchase Extra Credits whenever you need them. They are priced identically to the Monthly Video eMail Credits Plan. Extra credits rollover, and may be used at anytime within 12 months of purchase as long as your periodic membership is active.
